Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "Buyer" or "Seller") and SafeEscrow ("we", "us", "the Service"), operating at https://admindiyar.com. By submitting a trade request, sending funds to our escrow wallet, or contacting the admin to initiate a deal, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SafeEscrow is a human-managed escrow service for peer-to-peer trades of digital assets — including but not limited to social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X), gaming accounts (Valorant, Steam, Roblox and others), digital products, and other online-only assets.

We act as a neutral third party. We hold the Buyer's USDT (TRC-20) in an escrow wallet while the Seller delivers the agreed asset, and we release the funds only after the Buyer confirms delivery is satisfactory. We do not own, source, list, or resell any of the assets traded through us.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country).
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be resident of, or located in, a country subject to comprehensive sanctions where use of the Service would be unlawful.
• You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency and digital-asset transfers.

The five-step escrow workflow is described in detail on our How it Works page. In summary: (1) both parties submit the trade to the admin; (2) the Buyer sends USDT to the official TRC-20 escrow wallet; (3) the admin verifies the on-chain deposit; (4) the Seller delivers the asset to the Buyer; (5) the Buyer confirms and the admin pays out the Seller minus our commission.

The escrow wallet address shown on the homepage is the only wallet you may send funds to. Any USDT sent to a different address, on a different network, or for a trade that has not been logged with the admin is not covered by SafeEscrow and cannot be recovered.

SafeEscrow charges a flat commission deducted from the Seller's payout. The exact percentage is confirmed with the admin before the Buyer funds the escrow. There are no listing fees, subscription fees, or hidden charges.

Blockchain network fees (TRC-20 gas) are borne by whichever party is sending USDT.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading information about yourself, the counterparty and the asset being traded.
• Communicate only through the official WhatsApp number and email listed on this website.
• Cooperate promptly with the admin's requests for verification, evidence, or clarification.
• Not attempt to reverse, cancel, dispute, or double-spend blockchain transactions after they are confirmed.
• Not impersonate another person, entity, or platform.
• Not use the Service to launder money, evade sanctions, or finance illegal activity.

We will not act as escrow for, and reserve the right to cancel and refund any trade involving:

• Stolen, hacked, phished, or recovery-abused accounts.
• Accounts obtained through automation, bots, self-clicking, or artificial engagement.
• Illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, or CSAM.
• Content or accounts that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Trades whose sole purpose is fraud, chargeback abuse, or extortion.
• Any activity prohibited by the laws of the parties' countries of residence.

If we discover during or after a trade that it falls into any category above, we may cancel the trade, refund the Buyer, refuse further service, and where required by law report the matter to competent authorities.

Most online platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Valorant, Steam and others) restrict or prohibit the transfer of user accounts under their own Terms of Service. Trading an account through SafeEscrow does not shield you from those platforms' enforcement actions, which can include suspension or permanent ban of the account.

You accept this risk. SafeEscrow is not liable if the source platform later suspends, bans, or reclaims an account that was successfully transferred through our escrow.

If the Buyer claims the Seller did not deliver the asset as described, the Buyer must, within a reasonable time after receiving credentials:

1. Contact the admin on WhatsApp and describe the problem in writing.
2. Provide a screen recording showing the login attempt or the specific defect.
3. Preserve all chat logs with the Seller and share them with the admin on request.

The admin will review the evidence against the original listing description and the chat history. If the evidence supports the Buyer, the escrowed amount is returned in full to the Buyer's TRC-20 wallet. If the evidence supports the Seller, the payout is released to the Seller. The admin's decision, made in good faith on the evidence provided, is final for the purposes of releasing escrowed funds.

Any disputes about the admin's decision must be raised in writing to hinmeihikura85@gmail.com within 14 days of the decision.

• Trades cancelled by mutual agreement before the Seller delivers credentials are refunded to the Buyer in full (minus any TRC-20 network fees).
• Trades cancelled because the Seller fails to deliver are refunded in full.
• An escrow that has been inactive for more than 14 consecutive days is refunded to the Buyer automatically.
• No refund is issued once the Buyer has confirmed successful delivery and the payout to the Seller has been broadcast on-chain.

SafeEscrow is not a bank, money-service business, broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for evaluating the trades you enter into, the value of the assets, and any tax or reporting obligations that apply to you.

The Service relies on third parties we do not control, including the TRON blockchain, WhatsApp (Meta), our hosting provider, and advertising networks (Google AdSense and Yandex). We are not responsible for outages, delays, censorship, data leaks, or other issues caused by those third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations, be error-free, or be available at any specific time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SafeEscrow, its operator, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a single trade shall not exceed the escrowed USDT amount for that specific trade. We accept no liability for platform-side account suspensions, chain reorganisations, wallet compromises on the User's side, or losses caused by the User sending funds to the wrong address or on the wrong network.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafeEscrow, its operator, and its affiliates from any claim, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right in connection with your use of the Service.

We may refuse service, cancel an in-progress trade, or ban a User at any time if we reasonably believe a trade violates these Terms or applicable law. Refunds in the event of suspension are handled per Section 10.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage and via the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
