Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first trade

Straightforward answers about fees, networks, refunds, disputes and the limits of what SafeEscrow can and cannot do.

What exactly is SafeEscrow?

+

SafeEscrow is a human-managed escrow service for international trades of digital assets — YouTube channels, Instagram / TikTok accounts, gaming accounts, and other online products. A real admin holds the buyer's USDT until the seller has delivered the account and the buyer has confirmed it works as described.

Which cryptocurrency and network do you support?

+

USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) network only. TRC-20 has the lowest fees and fastest settlement for USDT transfers. Sending USDT via ERC-20, BEP-20 or any other network to our wallet will result in permanent loss of funds because we cannot recover them.

How much does SafeEscrow cost?

+

A small flat commission (agreed with the admin before the trade begins) is deducted from the seller's payout. There are no hidden fees, no listing charges, and no subscription — you only pay when a trade closes successfully.

How long does a typical trade take?

+

Most trades close within a few hours. The main variables are how quickly the seller can transfer credentials and how thoroughly the buyer verifies the account. Simple transfers (a gaming account with no 2FA reset needed) can close in under 30 minutes.

What happens if the seller disappears after I pay?

+

Your funds are held in the escrow wallet, not in the seller's wallet. If the seller stops responding or fails to deliver, contact the admin. After a reasonable waiting period, the admin refunds 100% of your USDT to your wallet.

What happens if the buyer refuses to release funds after receiving the account?

+

The buyer cannot simply keep both the account and the money. If the admin can verify from screenshots and chat history that the account was delivered exactly as described, the seller is paid out. A buyer who tries to cheat this way is banned from future trades.

How do you handle disputes?

+

The buyer must provide a screen recording showing the specific defect (login fails, account locked, subscribers missing, etc.). The admin reviews the video against the original listing description and the WhatsApp chat log. Whichever party the evidence supports gets the funds.

Do you sell accounts yourselves?

+

No. We are strictly a neutral escrow service. We never source, own, or resell accounts. Every trade involves an independent buyer and seller who found each other elsewhere and use us only to move funds safely.

Is trading social media or gaming accounts legal?

+

It depends on the platform's Terms of Service and your local law. Most platforms restrict account transfers to varying degrees. It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to understand and accept those risks — SafeEscrow does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a traded account will not later be suspended by the source platform.

What kinds of trades do you refuse?

+

Anything involving stolen accounts, hacked credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, illegal goods, or coercion. If the admin suspects an account was obtained through account recovery abuse, phishing, or a security breach, the trade is cancelled and funds are returned to the buyer.

Do I need an account with SafeEscrow?

+

No sign-up is required. Every trade is coordinated through WhatsApp with the admin, using your existing WhatsApp number as your identity. We do not build a user database or store passwords.

What personal data do you keep?

+

Only what is needed to run the trade: WhatsApp numbers, transaction IDs, and the trade description you type into the form. We do not store passwords, ID scans, or bank details. Trade records are kept for a limited period for dispute-resolution purposes.

Can I trade in a currency other than USDT?

+

Not at this time. Supporting a single stablecoin on a single network lets us keep fees low and settlement fast. We may add other networks in the future based on user demand.

How do I contact support?

+

The fastest way is WhatsApp — the number and pre-filled contact link is on the homepage. The admin handles trades directly, so you're talking to the same person who will supervise your escrow.
