SafeEscrow (the "Service", "we", "us") is a human-operated escrow service for international trades of digital assets, accessible at https://admindiyar.com. You can contact the operator at hinmeihikura85@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +90 546 427 83 05.

We keep our data collection to the minimum needed to operate an escrow trade:

• Trade-form data you type in on the homepage: buyer WhatsApp number, seller WhatsApp number, description of the digital asset, and agreed USDT amount. This data is sent to our admin via WhatsApp and stored in the WhatsApp chat history for the duration of the trade.
• Blockchain transaction data: the USDT (TRC-20) transaction ID (TXID), sender wallet, receiver wallet, and amount. This data is public by nature on the TRON blockchain and cannot be deleted from there.
• Communication content: messages, screenshots or screen recordings you send to us via WhatsApp or email for support, verification, or dispute purposes.
• Technical / usage data: pages you visit, referrer, browser type, approximate location (from IP), device type, and interaction with the site, collected automatically via cookies and third-party services described below.

We do not collect passwords, seed phrases, government IDs, bank details, or payment-card information. We do not require an account and we do not maintain a user database.

• Coordinate escrow trades between buyer and seller.
• Verify on-chain payments before releasing credentials or funds.
• Investigate disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
• Respond to your support questions.
• Comply with legal obligations if we receive a lawful request.
• Measure aggregate site usage and improve the website.
• Serve advertising via Google AdSense (see Section 6).

We do not sell your personal information and we do not send marketing emails.

• Contract — data needed to carry out an escrow trade you initiated.
• Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, security, and improving the Service.
• Consent — non-essential cookies and personalised advertising, where required by local law.
• Legal obligation — retention of records where the law requires it.

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. They fall into three categories:

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to load correctly (e.g. session and security cookies set by our hosting provider). These cannot be turned off.
• Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site in aggregate (page views, referrers). No personal identifiers are stored.
• Advertising — set by Google AdSense and its partners to serve and measure ads (see Section 6).

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, on supported devices, through platform-level ad-personalisation controls. Blocking all cookies may break some features of the site.

We share information only in these narrow situations:

• WhatsApp (Meta) — communication between you, the counterparty and our admin happens on WhatsApp; message content is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• TRON blockchain — wallet addresses and transaction amounts are permanently public once broadcast.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — process technical requests to serve the site (e.g. our hosting platform, DNS provider, CDN).
• Google AdSense — as described in Section 6.
• Law enforcement or regulators — only when we receive a valid legal request.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Our hosting, WhatsApp, and Google are global services and may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where applicable, these providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

• Trade communications on WhatsApp / email: kept for up to 12 months after the trade closes, to handle late disputes and audits.
• On-chain transaction data: permanently public on the TRON blockchain; we cannot alter or delete this.
• Cookies and analytics: retained per the third-party provider's schedule (typically up to 24 months for Google).
• Records required by law: retained for the period the law specifies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. EEA/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

The site is served over HTTPS. We do not store passwords or payment credentials. Communication between you and the admin happens over WhatsApp's end-to-end encrypted channel. That said, no system on the internet is 100% secure — please protect your own devices and accounts.

SafeEscrow is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, email us and we will delete their data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage. The "Effective" date above always shows the current version.
